Our Story

How GRAND Began

GRAND Movement — Grassroots Alliance for New Direction — exists to create an inclusive platform through which Nigerians from diverse political and social backgrounds can participate meaningfully in the political and governance process.

Inspired by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda and its transformative work, GRAND set out to build a truly people-powered movement — one that reaches every ward, every local government, and every state across Nigeria.

Rather than remaining on the sidelines criticizing government, GRAND seeks to provide a structured platform for members to engage constructively, present innovative ideas, promote accountability, support effective public policy, and contribute toward strengthening governance and service delivery in Nigeria.

To mobilize registered voters from other political parties, undecided voters, and civic organizations across all 36 states of Nigeria in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the APC, ensuring a decisive mandate for continued progress in 2027.
